terms & conditions

your contractor is blob studio, neue hard 12, 8005 zürich ("blob studio").

every product is made to order. the availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. we reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons. 
the production time for your order varies from product to product but takes at least 2-3 weeks. you can find individual information on your product page.
every product is made by hand and is a one-off. the shape, size and colour of every product may slightly vary. there may be irregularities of the surface and imperfections.

for orders via our online store, prices and delivery cost participation apply which are listed at the time of order. the prices are quoted in swiss francs (CHF) and apply to all countries, we ship to, including switzerland. 

all goods are shipped by swiss post in selected countries. shipping costs are not covered by blob studio and must be paid by the customer in full. we aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 7 working days after your order is ready to ship. In case of delivery from Switzerland to addresses in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, service charges) on the import into the destination country. These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations in the destination country and the weight and value of the shipment and must be paid by the customer or the recipient receiving the goods in full.
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance when shipping outside of Switzerland or losses due to shipping companies.

collecting your order is possible. you can choose the method of pick up in your shopping cart. the goods have to be picked up at neue hard 12 zürich. As soon as your order is ready we will inform you and get in touch for a pick up time.


you can either pay by bank transfer in advance or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). you can choose the method of payment in your shopping cart. blob studio reserves the right to refuse certain methods of payment or refer a customer to other payment methods.

your payment must be done within 7 days after your order. upon expiry of this time we reserve the right to cancel your order but of course we will send you a notification by email first. as soon as we receive your payment we will start production of your order.

If you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order at hello@blobstudio.ch and let us know why you would like to return the item. If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and sellable condition together with the original packaging and we will offer you a refund.
returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. This is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted blob studio first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
Once we have received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. For returns from abroad we reserve the right to charge you for possible customs duties.

should individual provisions of this contract including these provisions be or become invalid in whole or in part, or should this contract have missing provisions, the validity of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. the ineffective or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective legal regulations.

place of jurisdiction is zürich, switzerland. thereby, swiss law applies exclusively.

blob studio reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of these general terms and conditions at any time without notification.
